We’ll confirm your referral and keep you updated throughout the process.

If your client signs a custom home construction agreement with us, you earn your commission.

2.5% commission on the total construction contract price.

No commission cap! Your commission is based on the full build price.

Paid in Three Milestones

• 1/3 after contract execution and receipt of the client's initial deposit

• 1/3 after drywall installation is complete

• Final 1/3 after receipt of the client's final payment
