What's Already Included In Your Base Price
- Your 2-car attached garage (≈500 sqft)
- One 12-foot sliding glass wall
- 100 feet of gravel driveway
- A small apron slab at the garage entrance, plus standard sidewalks
- Up to $4,000 for water meter and 100 feet of water line
- A wastewater allowance — public sewer connection or a septic system, priced to your selection
- One interior fireplace (gas or wood-burning, same price)
- Covered porch area up to 20% of your above-grade heated square footage
- Standard site prep and grading — a minimum of $50,000 in site work is carried on every build
- Standard slab foundation, framing, roofing, exterior finishes
- All standard mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-in
- Full-time job supervision throughout your build
